Compliance at Meridian Consulting

Meridian Consulting operates under strict compliance standards for all consulting engagements. We protect confidential information, avoid conflicts of interest, and follow applicable laws and regulations in every market where we work. These guidelines apply to our clients, external experts, and employees.

For Clients

We treat all client information as confidential and use it only for the agreed project scope. Before starting any work, we check for potential conflicts of interest and disclose them where relevant. Our analysis and recommendations are based on independent judgment, verified sources, and clearly stated assumptions. We do not accept payments, gifts, or incentives that could influence our work or the conclusions we share with you.

For Experts

Experts working with Meridian must comply with all obligations to their current and former employers. We never ask experts to share trade secrets, material non‑public information, or any data they are not allowed to disclose. All discussions must be based on personal experience, publicly available information, or information the expert is clearly permitted to share. Experts must accurately represent their background, experience, and any potential conflicts, and must follow all applicable laws and professional rules.

For Employees

Our employees follow strict internal policies on data protection, information security, and record keeping. We have zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, or improper gifts in any form. Team members must avoid and report conflicts of interest and follow our internal approval processes for high‑risk activities. All employees are required to comply with company policies and local regulations, and receive training to keep our work ethical, transparent, and compliant.
