Service Delivery: Matching Clients with the appropriate Specialists based on specific industry inquiries and project requirements.

Financial Processing: Managing billing, invoicing, tracking Subscription Hours, and remitting payments to Specialists.

4. How We Share Your Information
Meridian Consulting handles your data with strict confidentiality. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Information is only shared under the following circumstances:

Between Clients and Specialists: We share limited Specialist professional profiles with prospective Clients to facilitate engagement selection. Conversely, Client project parameters are shared with Specialists to determine their suitability and availability for a Consultation.

Service Providers: We may share necessary data with trusted third-party vendors who provide essential infrastructure, such as secure cloud storage, payment processing, and accounting software. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
